Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Endoscopy Service to support our expanding Capsule Sponge outpatient activity. We are looking to recruit a new team member to work at Nottingham City Hospital as part of a fast paced dynamic admin team.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of an established small team to ensure the smooth running of the Capsule Sponge activity . Answering the phone and taking messages and answering enquiries from patients. Booking clinics and procedures, creating correspondence and supporting the Specialist Nurses, Doctors and Consultants.

- oTyping/word processing qualification or equivalent experience. Educated to GCSE standard with passes at grade C or above for English and Maths or similar through vocational training oEvidence of commitment to continued learning or improvement through attendances at courses. oGood command of the English language - both written and spoken.

- Previous Office Administration experience demonstrating use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. - Demonstration of a full understanding of patient confidentiality
