PCCU provides an essential service for Neurology/Neurosurgical; Spinal/Orthopaedic; Oncology/Haematology; Respiratory; General Surgery and Rheumatology as well as paediatric renal services for the region. Thisallows staff on the unit to be actively involved with kidney transplants and hemofiltration.

We are supported by the PCCU Education Team and have a well-established foundation programme for those nurses who want to join us as newly qualified nurses.

The NCH Renal and Urology Unit is also looking for registered nurses to join our team. Our busy, progressive unit is one of only 12 children's renal centres in the country, caring for children and young people problems across the East Midlands and beyond.

The Renal and Urology unit has a 10 bedded ward, 7 station haemodialysis unit, and a specialist nurse team. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in this highly specialist area with the support of a dedicated renal nurse educator and our multi-professional team.
