Job summary
Working as part of the wider Directorate business team, the post-holder will proactively line-manage the Service administrative team and support the Specialty General Manager and Clinical Service Unit leads in the formulation and implementation of Service policies and strategies. The post-holder will evaluate and develop processes and systems to provide a caring, quality service for patients and support the achievement of local and national patient access and activity targets.
