Job summary

Fleming ward has a opportunity for a full time or part time available for Healthcare Assistants to join our fantastic team. Working alongside registered nurses and with the other healthcare assistance on our ward you will provide direct care to our patients. We have 31 patients with a range of respiratory conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, lung cancer to name a few. Excellent learning opportunities to learning more about respiratory conditions and learn new skills. The post will involve working a full range of shifts covering nights and weekends. The role of the Healthcare Assistant is vital in supporting registered nurses to provide excellent care.

The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience of working with adults, demonstrate a talent for being caring and compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.
