Job summary

We are seeking an individual who drives high standards of performance. The successful candidate will be supported to develop their leadership ability and managerial skills. You will lead by example and have excellent communication and organization skills. You will be enthusiastic and motivated and will enjoy working in a fast paced ever changing environment. It would be valuable for the candidate to have experience in capacity and flow and essential that they have experience with using nerve-centre. Candidates will be considered at 30-37.5rs. Although pre-dominantly Monday - Friday, there maybe a requirement to work over a weekend.

The Flow Team Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the Surgical Capacity and Flow team.

The surgical Capacity and Flow team has significantly grown in the last couple of years. We now have a strong team of band 6 bed managers, band 4 bed managers and band 2 Flow HCAs. We are responsible for the management of patient flow across the whole of the surgical division. The team has a strong work ethic and strives to succeed in safely placing all of our patients who require admission to the surgical division.
