Although pre-dominantly Monday - Friday, there maybe a requirement to work over a weekend.

The Flow Team Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the Surgical Capacity and Flow team.
The surgical Capacity and Flow team has significantly grown in the last couple of years. We now have a strong team of band 6 bed managers, band 4 bed managers and band 2 Flow HCAs. We are responsible for the management of patient flow across the whole of the surgical division. The team has a strong work ethic and strives to succeed in safely placing all of our patients who require admission to the surgical division.
