Job summary

Are you enthusiastic, motivated and have a passion to deliver the highest standards of care to our patients? Then we are looking for you to work with the multi-disciplinary team within our Health Care of Older People department.

Main duties of the job

WARD C51 is a specialty ward of Health Care of Older People (HCOP) based in the Queens Medical Centre. We are committed to providing the best care for older people with a stable, well supported and motivated workforce. Our pathways and treatment of our vulnerable patient group are at the leading edge within the field. We are innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve the service we provide and exploring new roles in practice. We also have our own admission area which works closely with the acute frailty unit and front door assessment area- located in the urgent and emergency care department. We offer rotation pathways between the front door admission and our in-patient wards.
