Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery is a faced paced and ever-growing service that requires the support of a full time Deputy Service Manager. This post will not just involve line management of staff but service support and improvement.
We need someone who can be flexible to move with the needs of the service and lead the team in a positive and enthusiastic way. The opportunities that lay ahead for Heart Services in terms of what our service can offer to our patients is what makes this Deputy Service Manager post so exciting for someone who is passionate about making a difference and improving access to healthcare to all.
Working with a vision of "delivering excellence in all we do" the post holder will work with the Service Manager, Associate Speciality General Manager, Specialty General Manager and wider team as required to deliver services in line with the specialities strategic vision.
