Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work on Ward E14.

E14 is a 28 bedded unit which predominantly cares for Colorectal and Gastro emergency admissions. We are a well established team who strive to provide our patients with the best care possible.

No prior experience is care is necessary as we support you through a healthcare assistant induction and support you to complete the national Care Certificate.

We are looking forward to meeting candidates with high levels of care and compassion and who demonstrate the values of team NUH.

If successful at shortlisting, you will be invited to a face to face interview where you will be asked to complete a numeracy and literacy test prior to interview.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Healthcare Assistants and will welcome any forward thinking, caring individual who is committed to providing a high standard of safe quality patient care.

You must display excellent communication skills and be confident to deal with members of the public and the hospital multidisciplinary team

You will be delivering hands on patient care within our adult in-patient clinical areas.
