We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Registered Nurse to deliver and support high quality holistic care to patients within our unit

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will deliver high quality holistic care to patients within our unit.
Previous experience is not essential as there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to gain experience to fully support our unit. Training will be provided.
They will facilitate efficient and effective care and communication between the patient and their care provider.
Carry out various forms of direct and indirect patient care without direct supervision - supporting patients at our unit.
Regularly take charge of the clinical area in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility or his / her deputy.
Utilises and integrates evidence into their practice.
You will work closely with all members of the teams, across many specialties within Queens admissions and discharge unit.

Queens admissions and discharge unit is located at Queens Medical Centre on A floor, south block.
Support and training for this role will be provided within the established team. Within Ambulatory Care Division we have access to our dedicated Clinical education team.
