Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical support workers (CSW). You will have excellent organisation and communication skills to complement our current out-of-hours service to provide 24/7 coverage. You will be working within the Hospital24 team supporting with Cannulation, Phlebotomy and ECG recording. In addition, you will be supporting the medical and nursing teams in responding to acutely unwell patients.If you are a committed individual who strives to provide excellent patient-focused care and is able to rise to new challenges, then we would like to hear from you.

Job responsibilities
The post holder works as part of the Hospital24 Team providing Clinical Support to Medical and Nursing staff 27/7.
The Support Worker will be responsible for providing venepuncture, cannulation and ECG recording to Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic and Neuro patients across both campuses. The post holder will be required to prioritise and manage their own workload within a dynamic busy environment.
The Department has operational responsibility for Hospital24 across the organisation. As such the post holder will be required to rotate between both main campuses that make up Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
