A position has become available in the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team working alongside the Data Manager, Stem Cell Lab and Clinical team to gather and report data. This provides assistance and support to the daily functioning of the BMT programme.
The successful candidate will have, excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised with a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and a flexible approach to their varied workload.
You will be contributing to the development of the service during a time of exciting change.
The post holder will be based at City Hospital campus.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the post holder will be tasks that relate to the gathering and submission of data for the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) and the British Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (BSBMTCT). The post-holder will also provide dedicated support to the wider BMT department, assisting with administration, data and information related tasks in order to support daily function and workload.
The post-holder will also support the non-interventional studies and audits undertaken on behalf of the EBMT and the BSBMTCT as required.
These duties are key to our continued accreditation for JACIE/FACT and licencing under HTA.
