Job summary

The NHS implemented new legislation in 2022/23 that continues to drive towards Health and Social Care integration; making our populations needs central to the way NUH works with partner organisations. The Trust recognises that effective integration and partnerships are required to successfully deliver its strategic ambitions and meet the needs of our population and patients. We're seeking an interim Deputy Director of Partnerships and Integration to cover a secondment period.

Main duties of the job

NUH has an Integration & Partnerships Team that works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement partnership arrangements that allow more integrated ways of working across health and social care. The team has a collective role to champion collaboration and healthcare needs of the future. The Deputy Director role is responsible for:

Given the dynamic nature of the integration and partnership programme, the post holder will be expected to lead a varied, diverse and evolving portfolio.
