An exciting
opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our SEQOHS
accredited service based at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
As the
Managerial and Clinical Lead, you will hold Trust-wide accountability for the
leadership, provision, and development of a clinically effective and
cost-efficient Occupational Health MSK service. You will play a key role in
shaping the future of MSK health in the workplace, ensuring services meet national
and local performance targets, governance, and quality standards.
Main duties of the job
Lead and
develop a tiered MSK health approach supporting sustainable employee health
outcomes.
Oversee the
provision of a specialist MSK service integrated within the wider Occupational
Health and Wellbeing team.
Review current
MSK service delivery and design strategic plans to meet short, medium, and
long-term organizational needs.
Align MSK
health initiatives with NICE guidance and best practice standards to improve
staff wellbeing.
Drive
the growth and piloting of targeted interventions to facilitate stay at or
return to work success.
