This new type of receptionist will work on administration tasks within the service understanding therapists diaries and booking patients in, but will also develop enhanced skills talking to cancer patients and families gaining patients views on support services, and assisting the team Leader and Lead therapist at The Well with patient engagement and audits. The rest of the job will entail receptionist tasks and assisting in the smooth running of this exceptional service working with our very well-respected staff and volunteers.
