exciting opportunity for a Band 6 to join Ward 30.
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic registered
nurse that can role model our professional values and inspire a team. The
individual must have strong communication skills andbe eager to advocate for safe, efficient and
person-centred care. Within this role therewill be training and development opportunities,
with an expectation of continuedprofessional development.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will maintain an excellent
standard of clinical work and providequality nursing care. They will lead a team of nursing
staff and work closely with the Lead Nurses, Site Matrons and other departments to
co-ordinate safe, effective patient flow throughout the Trust. As a Sister/Charge Nurse
on the Ward 30, you will also recognise and escalate the care of
deteriorating patients and provide clinical leadership to our developing Registered Nurses.
