- Experienced in perioperative care, anaesthesia (If an ODP/Anaesthetic Practitioner) and/or Scrub,!

Your Role:
Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the wider team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care is delivered during surgical procedures, and throughout the perioperative journey.
The candidate will take responsibility for coordinating the theatre department on a regular basis.
To support the Lead Practitioners in the delivery of strategic and operational activity.
To co-ordinate a team of staff ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care, communicating effectively his/her clinical theoretical knowledge and expertise.
Communicating complex information effectively to other trust staff, to include information relevant to clinical theoretical knowledge and expertise.
The responsibility of the post holder is to undertake the assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual care for theatre patients.
