The role will provide management, development, roll out and support of core BHNFT Clinical Applications.
The successful candidate will provide Management, support, ad-hoc training and development of the Trusts critical Clinical Support Systems (systems which hold service, user, clinical and administrative data), including but not limited to - CareFlow, ICE, Digital Dictation, VitalPac, Winscribe etc.
You will need to be flexible in terms of hours, ensure ability to cover our core hours, a good team player and someone who thrives on delivering support and digital change to our Trust.

Main duties of the job
Providing service desk support and incident resolution and escalation as required. Assisting with planning and the implementation of software releases and upgrades. Investigate, diagnose and log second line system incidents, problems, service requests internally and externally, working with other staff and external suppliers to manage system incidents and upgrades. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for allocated incidents and problems; instigating emergency action, when required, liaising with other Trust Managers, as appropriate. Undertake daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks and support in the development of new functionality of all Clinical Systems
This will, on occasion, include working outside of normal office hours to support the needs of the Trust and staff working shifts e.g. evenings and weekends.
The postholder will be involved in the implementation of systems and processes as part of the Trusts ICT strategy, and will be assigned key work and responsibilities by their supervisor and departmental management.
The post holder will also continue to develop his/her professional skills along with training materials to ensure all training offered is of a high quality and accessible to all staff at all times.
