We are looking for band 5 staff Nurses to join our amazing team. In liaison with the Lead Nurse, nursing and multidisciplinary team you will support us to work together, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, nursing and family integrated care.

It is essential that you are a RN or RSCN, with a keen interest to work towards the Qualification in Specialty, Intensive Care of the New born.

It is required that you have an approachable manner and positive attitude whilst being committed to providing high quality care to the infants and families accessing our services

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who has a passion for neonatal care. You must be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and individually, to implement care planning for your patients. You will be supported to advocate for your patients, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, whilst also encouraging parents to be partners in care. You will administer medication as per the BNF, and NMC code of conduct. Adhering to trust policies and procedures is essential.
