Job summary
The hours for this post are 19 per week.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex 21 trainee rate (75%max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship.
We require a highly motivated individual to provide support to the Dermatology outpatients Administration team. To enable the smooth running of services by offering Patient choice, assisting with the organising and coordinating the effective booking of patient appointments.
Applicants should possess good communication and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. Previous experience of dealing with patients both in person and over the phone is essential.
Main duties of the job
This is a key role in the Dermatology Services team, providing effective support to ensure the provision of an efficient, professional and complex service in the department, front of house reception and administration of Outpatient activities for Dermatology.
