Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join the HR Recruitment Team as a HR Recruitment Officer.
As HR Recruitment officer you will participate in providing efficient and effective HR support to Trust managers, staff and members of the public.
An organised team player, you should possess NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and have administration experience in a HR/recruitment service. You should also have experience of using a computerised database.

Main duties of the job
Under the guidance of the Recruitment Team Leader and HR Resourcing Manager, you will have your own case load of recruitment and selection to administrate and will ensure accurate and timely input to the Electronic Staff Record, NHS Jobs and other databases.
Key Responsibilities:
To support the provision of a recruitment and selection service throughout the Trust.
Responsible for the administration of Vacancy Control and Job Evaluation
Provide recruitment advice and respond to enquiries.
Use judgement to make decisions based on existing processes and problem solve recruitment issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR Recruitment Service.
Be an effective team member and co-operate to achieve common goals.
Achieve designated objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support colleagues to ensure that agreed standards are maintained.
