Job summary
Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking
to recruit a Consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist. An exciting opportunity has
arisen to join a friendly and forward thinking obstetrics and gynaecology team
in a successful Trust in South Yorkshire. It is anticipated that the successful
candidate, with the support of the new Gynaecology and Maternity Medicine
Network, will help consolidate current services as well as developing further
services in line with the national maternity plan and Saving Babies Lives V3.
The postholder will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in a
specialist interest if so desired. This special interest can be in either
obstetrics or gynaecology and can be discussed at interview.
