Are you a dynamic, experienced healthcare professional looking for your next leadership challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Practitioner to join our dedicated team within our Day Surgery Unit.As lead you will play a pivitol role in the operational and clinical management of our Day Surgery Unit. You will ensure the delivery of high quality, patient centrered care in a fast paced environment, while leading and supportring a multidisiplinary team. This role requires strong clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to service development and improvmenet.

Main duties of the job

You will provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to staff within the Day Surgery Unit.

Ensure safe, effective and effeciant patient care pathways.

Lead on quality improvement initatives and service development.

Manage staffing, tranning and development in collaboration with senior management.

Work closely with all theatre teams, anethatists, recovery and post-op care teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
