Job summary

The Apprenticeship and Career Hub (ACH) are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly team. The ACH provides apprenticeships to Trust staff and external organisations. You will provide general data and administration support to the ACH Team, using a variety of learner management and Government systems. This is an office-based role which includes some lone working due to exam invigilation requirements. You will also be the main point of contact for general enquiries and telephone calls received to the office. We are looking for someone who has good organisational and computer skills. You will also have excellent attention to detail, as the data entry must remain compliant with processes and legislation. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Alongside the role you will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.If you already hold a Business qualification at Level 3 or above, then you are not eligible to apply for this post.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with the Apprenticeship and Career Hub to provide support in relation to the processing and monitoring of staff undertaking apprenticeships across the organisation. This will include acting as an initial point of reference for employees and managers, dealing with and responding to queries and escalating to the Team accordingly. The postholder will provide administrative support as required by the Data Co-ordinator and/or other members of the Team. This is an office-based role which includes some lone working.

To be eligible for an Apprenticeship you must meet the following criteria:Be 16 years old or over.Have the right to work in the UK with a visa that covers the duration of the apprenticeship.Have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 yearsWe welcome applications from those with lived experience of the care system.

These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and are providing an extra 94,000 scans a year.
