Job summary
"The Commercial Procurement Support Officer role will support the Commercial Procurement Business Manager and support all teams within the Commercial Procurement Services function and Trust with the efficient and effective management of all Commercial Procurement activities across all BHRUT sites and across North East London (NEL). The role will specifically provide general administrative support, project support and operational site based support across the entire Commercial Procurement Services function, and secretarial support to the Director of Commercial Procurement Services, including inbox and diary management, in the absence of the Commercial Procurement Business Manager.
Main duties of the job
This role will also involve working across all Trust and/or NEL based site-based sites (as requirements dictate and emerge) in support of all commercial procurement deliverables and activities, projects, programmes and service outcomes. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively in a matrix structure on a project and programme specific basis, as both a supportive team member, as directed by the Director of Commercial Procurement Services or the Commercial Procurement Business Manager.

These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and are providing an extra 94,000 scans a year.
