An exciting opportunity within the ICT Directorate for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst on a 9 Month Secondment is now available. The post is located in Queens Hospital, Romford. This role is to work as part of the ICT Service Desk team providing a high quality first line IT support, to all staff and customers. The ICT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all trust staff and external NHS organisations when accessing BHRUT ICT Services. The post holder will utilize knowledge skills and judgment to provide a first line resolution where possible and escalate any issues which are not fixable at first point of contact.
Main duties of the job
This role is to work as part of the ICT Service Desk team providing a high quality first line IT support, to all staff and customers. The ICT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all trust staff and external NHS organisations when accessing BHRUT ICT Services.
This role will be responsible for IM&T Services across multiple sites including an acute hospital (either Queen's Hospital or King George Hospital and Community Diagnostic Centres) along with several Trust remote sites and clinics.

We're looking forward to introducing an electronic patient record next year. This will mean the records of any patient visiting one of the seven hospitals run by BHRUT and Barts Health will be accessible to the clinical teams. It'll make things easier for staff and will be better for patients.
