Job summary

Responsible to the Associate Director of Estates and Facilities, the Soft FM Contract Manager will provide an efficient and effective role by managing the Contract for full Soft FM services to King Georges Hospital, Ilford and surrounding community sites.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to audit the overall performance of the TFM Service Provider and reporting to the Associate Director of Estates and Facilities variances to service delivery specifications and poor performance.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for Instigating and monitoring action being taken to resolve issues and ensure performance is as per output specifications.

Auditing will encompass shadow monitoring, user surveys, interface with users and formal system audits monitoring and performance audits.

The post holder will be expected to complete a full review of the TFM Monthly service report to identify trends in performance and service failure.

Monthly KPI monitoring relating to both the TFM and Linen contracts whilst representing the trust in performance meetings and negotiating the end of month contractual position will also be required.

Producing, maintaining and communicating a record of all invoices received in relation to the TFM contract and other facilities services is essential while being responsible for local financial controls and ensuring Trust policies and standing financial instructions are adhered to at all times.
