Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for leading Transformation and Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives across the organisation, in line with the Trusts Strategic Transformation priorities. The post holder will see through projects from vision to delivery, and work closely with clinical, corporate and operational colleagues to implement Trust Wide transformational change. The post holder will have experience in digital transformation.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within The Walton Centres Transformation Team and will be responsible for their own portfolio of work. They will be responsible for the creation, delivery, implementation, communications plan and engagement of Trust Wide change initiatives that have been agreed as priority areas for change, by the Trusts Executive Team.
The post holder will work alongside other Transformation colleagues and support the delivery of the teams vision and strategic roadmap.
There will be an expectation to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both clinical and non clinical, that arerelatable to their programme of work.
The post holder will be expected to build close relationships with Digital teams and work closely to ensure timelines for delivery are achievable and remain on track.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to report into transformational oversight meetings on the progress of their portfolio of work and be accountable for the reporting and delivery of such projects.
