This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small HR team as a HR Services Administrator for a period of 12 months, covering maternity leave.

Full training will be provided so if you are interested in working in a human resources environment for an organisation that truly values it's employees then this is the role for you! You must have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.

The role will be based in the Sid Watkins building (on the Walton Centre site) part of the week and working from home part of the week.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are to carry out the end to end recruitment process, process contractual changes in ESR, as well as expenses administration and other HR admin duties.

  • Relevant Diploma/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent training and experience as identified
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working in an office based customer focused environment.
  • Experience of co-ordination of diaries and events working to a strict deadline

Desirable

  • Good working knowledge of Immigration and Border Agency checking criteria
  • Knowledge of NHS terms and conditions
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment checks process to maintain NHS Safer Recruitment Standards including DBS process
  • Experience in the use of ESR/NHS Job sites.
