An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work as part of the team at The Walton Centre. You should have a keen interest in providing high quality patient centered care in a busy and fast paced, ever changing and challenging environment. ChavasseWard is a 29 bedded Neurology Ward. We are an outstanding trust and The Walton Ways are at the forefront of everything we do.
Main duties of the job
Patient care & safety working in line with trust polices and evidence based practice
Safe administration of medications
Facilitating patient & family centered care
Providing high standards of personal care
Able to prioritise work load
Work collaboratively as part of the MDT
