Job summary
Come and join a forward thinking Nationally recognised Specialist Centre, providing excellent healthcare for women, babies and their families. In addition to our core Obstetrics, Maternity, Neonatal and Gynaecology services we have recently established a CT and MRI service as part of the Crown Street Community Diagnostic Centre.This is an exciting development and provides CT and MRI to the region as well as to the Women and babies at LWH.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible RDA to join our Imaging Team; to work within the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care and quality of examinations within the Radiology Department, under the direction and supervision of an appropriate Registered Health Care Professional.
The Imaging Department is a forward thinking and friendly team specialising in general x-ray, fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI and CT.
As well as providing care on the Liverpool Women's Crown Street site there is a requirement with this post to work within our satellite Community sites as required.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
Support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service.
Support the Clinical staff when carrying out a range of imaging examinations to a consistently high standard, professionally and efficiently following department procedures.
Use initiative to ensure that a safe, efficient, and caring environment is always maintained.
Comply with all Trust and Department policies and procedures.
Act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate LWH Trust Values
Demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
