To take the lead in ensuring evidence based, safe, effective pre registration and registered nurse education to include facilitation of compliance with mandatory and statutory training for both Registered and Non- Registered staff is in place across neonatal services at LWH and AHCH.
Main duties of the job
Be responsible for providing professional leadership, clinical innovations and practice developments that advance neonatal nursing across both LWH and AHCH sites .
Be responsible for facilitating and teaching on induction and qualification in speciality courses.
Be responsible for developing a framework for lifelong learning on the neonatal unit andfor maintaining training standards by developing evidence-based guidelines and policies.
