The post holder's main responsibility is to implement and support ePMAfunctionality and enhancements of the trust EPR system. This will focus on supplier liaison, system configuration, testing and support, workflow changes and training to optimise and improve the current medicines work flows within the Trust

Main duties of the job

The ePMA must be designed, specified and implemented to enable to safe delivery of SACT, trials and non-SACT medicines in line with local policies and protocols and national guidelines. The post holder will meet regularly with clinical stakeholders and technical leads to contribute to the development of the new EPR system and support them with other pharmacy and medicine related issues. The post holder will have a specific role in supporting the set-up and maintenance of clinical trial treatment plans. The EPR system must be implemented to enable current integration with local work practices and must pay regard to the trust core values.
