We are seeking an MDT/Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our Cancer Waiting Times team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
Band 4 - Full time permanent position 37.5 hours
Location: Clatterbridge Cancer Centre Wirral/Liverpool
The post holder will attend MDT meetings for their service and an essential part of the role will be the collection and dissemination of data relating to each patients journey from referral to treatment.
The post holder will work alongside the Waiting Times Team to support the coordination, tracking and organisation of patients with suspected and confirmed cancer.

Main duties of the job
The critical elements will be working to deadlines and investigating cancer waiting time pathways. Having an appreciation for the importance of data quality and managing a varied workload is essential.
This role will involve using judgement and analytical skills to assess a range of different potential breach cases and request the actions needed to avoid any breaches.
To build robust working relationships with the Network to ensure that all referred target patients have investigations, appointments and procedures undertaken in a timely manner to allow the patients to receive their treatment within target.
