We are looking to recruit forward thinking, dynamic staff nurses for our new 25 bedded emergency surgical ward

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week. However part-time opportunities are also available.
Main duties of the job
The right candidate must have the ability to share the vision and skills of the senior staff to work in a developing service where adaptability is essential. Maintaining the delivery of a high standard of care whilst meeting the demands of a diverse service is our priority and the right candidate will be able to evidence working within a team whilst using their initiative to enhance productivity.
This will provide the right candidate a diverse and fast paced discipline of nursing to work within, with many learning opportunities for all the staff. Our patients are treated with a multi-professional approach; therefore, the successful candidate must show a good understanding of the dynamics of working within a multidisciplinary to maximise patient outcome and experience. It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills whilst maintaining a positive outlook and working environment to maximise productivity.
