Essential
- Minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent
- RSAII in typewriting/ word processing or equivalent advanced keyboard skills
- Administrative or IT qualification equivalent to diploma level
- Knowledge of records management, information governance and data protection Working knowledge of Policy writing and NHS Job Evaluation
Desirable
- CIPD qualification (Certificate in Personnel Practice/Certificate in Human Resources Practice) or working towards
- Degree in HR related subjct
Experience
Essential
- Managing a busy and complex workload and delivering to deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a HR department with knowledge of Policy Writing, Policy management, Risk, Governance and Job Evaluation in the NHS or Local / Central Government
- Experience in managing staff
Desirable
- Previous NHS experience in a similar role
