An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our Children in Care Team.
This is a small team who are responsible for the statutory health requirements of those children that are placed into the care system within Cornwall.
This team is currently undergoing an expansion and change in systems so the role would ideally suit candidates who enjoy learning with the team, can bring new perspectives and ideas and work in an efficient and detail oriented way.
Main duties of the job
Previous office experience is essential. Use of NHS systems including PAS, Maxims etc is desirable.
You will be responsible for a full range of admin activity, including liaising with multi-agencies, typing of reports and correspondence, adhering to statutory guidelines and timelines.
The post holder will be required to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in the safeguarding of children.
