Kernowflex (Bank) Staff Nurse
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our flexible workforce supporting the hospital and colleagues to provide excellent patient care.
There are full and part time opportunities available working various shift patterns including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
This is a Zero hours contract
Main duties of the job
To work as a skilled member of the nursing team, provide a high standard of compassionate patient centred care, lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team and communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
To be able to take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse or Clinical Matron.
