Job summary

Could you be our new Cystic Fibrosis Nurse Specialist?

An opportunity has arisen to deliver specialist, holistic care for adults living with Cystic Fibrosis. This role involves providing support across community settings, clinical environments, and during hospital admissions, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care at every stage.

Main duties of the job

To contribute to managing the patient case load and advocating seamless care for Cystic Fibrosis patients across Cornwall.

To work autonomously, organise and adjust own work load.

To work closely alongside the Cystic Fibrosis MDT.

To provide specialist information and where appropriate training, to support and educate patients, their families and other healthcare professionals.

To facilitate communication and liaison between acute and community services.

To support with developing the service and support with research.
