Job summary
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join the Overseas Visitors Team, to assist with the day-to-day administration of the Trust's overseas cost recovery process, and supporting patients through their NHS eligibility assessments.
Main duties of the job
Applicants should have previous clerical/administrative experience within the NHS and have excellent communication skills, with an ability to work with patients and their representatives in situations where there will often be barriers to communication.
Previous experience or skills in a fast-paced customer facing environment are also desirable as our Summer months can be especially busy during Cornwall's busy tourist season.
