Main duties of the job

The Deputy Performance & Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operational functions across the Care group to ensure that:

High standards of care delivery are achieved and maintained.

Such services are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner within allocated resources.

  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Experience of waiting list management and patient pathway analysis (RTT)
  • Knowledge of managing operational issues and within a healthcare setting
  • Experience of line managing staff and an understanding of HR management and

  • Substantial experience of NHS administration and / or operational management at Band 5 or above.
