We would be open to discussing adjusted working hours. You will be expected to work on site until you are proficiently trained where you may be able to blend working remotely.

Main duties of the job
In this role you will provide efficient, effective and timely system support for all e-Roster systems in support of Trust operations and clinical care.
You will provide a comprehensive booking and advice service to Trust managers, Bank and agency workers to ensure that an effective temporary workforce solution is available to the Trust and its partners.

Job responsibilities
Provide a dedicated and comprehensive administrative service to the Temporary Staffing service.
Provide the first point of contact for system users
Develop an understanding of all system modules and provide cross cover Temporary Staffing services.
Provide a comprehensive booking and advice service to Trust managers, external agencies and Bank workers to ensure that an effective temporary workforce solution is available to the Trust and its partners.
Obtain quality and safety check information from external agencies providing flexible workers within the Trust and wherever possible select or source temporary workers from approved companies. Where this is not possible ensure all necessary checks have been performed which will enable an agency worker to provide work to the Trust without risk to the organisation.
Support the team with the maintenance of Health Roster in accordance with governance policies and standards and safe management all related systems.
Provide advice and training for staff on roster systems to allow them to use the systems to their full potential.
Support and maintain process flow documentation and support resolutions identified by system users.
Liaise with software providers, providing escalation and resolution of issues and problems affecting the use of Health Roster across the Trust
