Main duties of the job
We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated band 5 Registered nurse to join our team at Sunderland Eye Infirmary. We are based in a busy outpatients department covering a variety of specialties within Ophthalmology, supporting the team to provide high quality patient care.
The department offers a Monday to Friday service with shifts from 0800 to 1800 and we also cover outreach clinics at Durham treatment centre.
In house training will be given to achieve CBAs required for this role.
The successful candidate needs to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliableand have a desire to work in Ophthalmology. Previous experience in Ophthalmology desirable but not essential.
