Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Radiographer to join our busy, friendly fluoroscopy,
cardiac and interventional team. This will be predominantly
based at South Tyneside District Hospital, although cross-site working is
actively-encouraged.
You must have a flexible approach to working and be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational
skills. This is a dynamic and challenging role which will require you to play a key role in the delivery of diagnostic imaging services.
Main duties of the job
The role requires a commitment to excellent
service delivery as part of many multidisciplinary teams and the ability to
supervise, develop and train junior staff and students. We are an innovative department with a proven commitment to supporting the

We
are seeking those with post-graduate radiography experience,
including some in fluoroscopy and cardiac or interventional radiography, to
apply. We will consider a training Post
for a suitable Candidate with sufficient knowledge of the modality.
You will be expected
to work as part of the wider radiology team at South Tyneside District
Hospital, including in plain film and theatres and you will be expected to contribute to our seven-day
working pattern.
