Job summary
A vacancy has arisen within the
radiology department for an approachable
individual to work as part of the cross-site Radiology systems administration
team.
You will be a key part of the radiology team
providing a service to radiology, the wider Trust and external partners.
Main duties of the job
This Post will involve out-of-hours
working for the installation and testing of system upgrades.
You must be able to work equally well independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and have good customer service skills, reliability, good systems problem-solving skills, ability to prioritise according to urgency and the ability to work calmly under pressure are key qualities.
This is a very interesting role with
the opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the administration and
configuration of multiple clinical IT systems including the Radiology Information System (RIS), PACS and other Trust IT systems used within
radiology.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday
You are expected to be
flexible to meet the need of a 24/7 service.
