Job summary
We have some exciting opportunities in our growing team
and are seeking to recruit enthusiastic motivated Education Mental Health
Practitioners to our Sunderland Mental Health Support Team (MHST), based in
Hetton.
The MHST works across designated schools in Sunderland
providing low-intensity interventions, Whole school approach activities, training
and advice and support.
If successful you will be based at our
Hetton Centre, but work on a regular basis at designated schools across
Sunderland.

Main duties of the job
The MHST is a
service offered 52 weeks per year Monday to Friday 9 am- 5 pm, based at the
Hetton centre working at designated schools across Sunderland
