You'll ideally have experience leading in an acute hospital environment providing porter and security services. We're looking for someone who's passionate about ensuring a high-quality portering service is delivered across the hospital.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Main duties of the job
- To supervise all aspects of service delivery for a high quality Portering and Security service, maintaining adequate staff levels to meet service demand
- To coordinate, liaise & communicate with wards & departments,allocating Porters in an efficient, effective manner to support the delivery of excellent patient care in line.
- To provide and supervise security response to staff and customers with a view to the positive management, prevention and reduction of crime, violence and aggression.
- Supervise and maintain the access control of the DepartmentalOps/CCTV control room
- Ensure staff training and competencies are maintained
