Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two individuals to join University Hospitals Dorset as AKI Specialist Nurses, supporting the ongoing development of this vital service.
The specialist role focuses on the early identification, assessment, and management of patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) across the organisation. You will work autonomously across front door and inpatient areas, delivering expert clinical assessment and initiating timely interventions to influence high-quality care, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes across the Trust.
The service currently operatesMonday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Experience of managing change as part of service and practice development
- Minimum 3 years post registration experience
- Experience of regular participation in research and development, leading clinical audits in own specialist area
