We are looking for an exceptional leader who is innovative and committed to making a difference to our services in Networked medicine.
The role of the Matron is fundamental to ensuring that our patients in Networked Medicine and across our organisation receive safe, high quality care and have a positive patient experience which is responsive to the changing needs of our patient groups.
We are seeking a highly motivated senior nurse with a proven track record of strong leadership and to demonstrate how they have led teams through change and transformation. The post holder will be an individual who is able to engage, inspire and develop teams to provide the highest quality of care.
The role will include delivery of operational performance targets including finance, activity, workforce and quality/safety along with supporting our teams objectives and compliance whilst meeting local and national standards to the relevant services.
This role requires an active UK NMC Registration
Base Location: Poole. Please note you will be required to work across sites at Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and occasionally Dorchester

The Directorate covers services in Cardiology, Renal, Rheumatology, Stroke, Neurophysiology, Neurology and Neurorehabilitation
