Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset (UHD) is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our forward-thinking Stroke and Neuro Service, working across our Stroke Unit and our Early Supported Discharge (ESD) Teams -- a leading service that transforms patient recovery by delivering specialist care at home.

We are able to create this new role due to recent investment in our service, and are excited to grow our team. Come and join us by the sea, at one of the biggest stroke service in the UK!

Main duties of the job

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, psychological, therapy assistants and Stroke Association support workers, in a vibrant, collaborative setting.
