Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Main Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you'll create a welcoming and calm environment. You'll need to be a good communicator and enjoy helping others.
You'll also work with volunteers to provide accurate information quickly, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. You'll need to be kind, non-judgmental, and have a positive attitude when dealing with all types of people.
You should be able to work on your own and with other teams nearby. You'll need to use your initiative when things are quieter. Being comfortable with computers is important, but full training on the IT systems we use will be provided.
As our reception team works 7 days a week, you'll need to be flexible and help cover shifts when needed.
